Mythic League Support
With any competitive league, there will always be toxicity amongst other offences. The support site was created to allow players to report users for offences during matches and deal warnings to users that had broken rules during matches.
To make an easier method of authenticating with our services, I created an OAUTH flow that would force the user to login through their FACEIT and Discord accounts to make the process as streamlined as possible whilst following relevant legal standards including GDPR.
Users would be able to enable email notifications and be able to recieve live updates when their warnings or reports were updated by an admin. Email notifications were a huge advantage once added, gone were the days of waiting for players to open the support site to respond to tickets, or admins chasing up other users for information.
